Thank you for shopping at ABDL Comforts. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines our strict guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final

We have a strict "All Sales Are Final" policy. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products that have been shipped, for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or style selection

  • Minor cosmetic variations

  • Packaging damage that does not affect the product itself

Please order carefully and review your cart thoroughly before completing your purchase.

2. Order Cancellations

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed and payment has been processed. Our system begins processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment.

Please ensure all order details, including item selection and shipping address, are correct before finalizing your purchase.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

The only exception to our "All Sales Are Final" policy is in the rare event that an item is out of stock.

If an item you ordered is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you via email. In such a case:

  • You will automatically be issued a store credit for the full value of the out-of-stock item(s).

  • This store credit will be sent to your email address and can be applied to a future purchase on our site.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available. The issuance of store credit is our sole and exclusive remedy for an out-of-stock item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure our products are packaged and shipped securely. However, if your order arrives with items that are materially damaged or defective, you must contact us at info@abdlcomforts.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs/video of the damaged or defective item(s) and the packaging. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may issue a replacement for the affected item or provide a store credit. This does not cover minor packaging imperfections or damage that does not affect the product's use.
