We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

b. Orders
Any order you place through the Service constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order in our sole discretion. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you and will refund any payments collected.

c. Payment
We use third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe) to bill you through a payment account linked to your order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

3. Shipping and Discreet Packaging

a. Shipping
We will ship products to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged due to an incorrect address. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

b. Discreet Packaging
We understand the sensitive nature of our products. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or packaging. The external packaging and shipping label will not contain any references to "ABDL Comforts," "ABDL," or the specific contents of the package. The return address will use our company name or a neutral descriptor as required by the shipping carrier.

c. Billing Descriptor
Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge from a discreet, neutral descriptor to protect your privacy.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please review our separate Return Policy (which should be linked here) for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. We generally accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within [e.g., 30 days] of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened hygiene-sensitive items like diapers, unless they are defective.
