All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before being shipped. This time is necessary for us to ensure your order is prepared and fulfills our quality standards.
We currently offer one standard shipping method worldwide.
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 10-21 business days for your order to arrive, from the date you place your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please order carefully and ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after they are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS.
Your privacy is our priority. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box or mailer. The exterior of the package and the shipping label will not contain any reference to our brand name ("ABDL Comforts") or indicate the nature of the contents inside.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. We are not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Filing a claim with the shipping carrier or local authorities is recommended.
